NZDF Savings Scheme Mobile App

We are making changes to the NZDF Savings Schemes mobile app, which will enhance the overall security.

As part of this update, all Android users will need to visit the Google Play Store and redownload the app to access their member accounts. It is important to note you will not be promoted to redownload the app and will need to find the app in the Google Play Store by searching for “NZDF Savings”.

If you are an Apple user, you will be prompted to redownload the app.

Please note that the existing NZDF Savings Schemes Google app will be retired on 11 November, 2024. The new NZDF Savings Schemes app will be available for download from the Google Play Store starting at 9:00 PM on Monday, November 11, 2024.

If you’ve already activated your account, then you don’t need to do it again to access the app. Just log in to the app using your email address and the password you created during activation. 

After you enter your login details, you will have the option to verify your account using multi-factor authentication for extra security. For instance, if you try to sign in from a new device, we will send you a verification code via email and SMS to confirm that it’s really you.
